The arithmetic, both sides printed: a year of Boundstone runs $948 (Starter) to $10,788 (Scale); a year of IPQS runs $1,188 (Startup) to $11,988 (SMB+), with Enterprise on request. Close enough that price is not the reason to choose between us — scope is. They are a fraud platform; we are validation with the checks named. Re-checked 9 August 2026; we removed a third-party "$45k average contract" figure that rested on three deals.
Is there a simpler IPQS alternative for phone, email and IP validation?
Boundstone is self-serve end to end: printed pricing, free tier, key in about a minute — though in fairness IPQS is self-serve too below Enterprise. The honest trade is scope, not signup: their device fingerprinting, transaction scoring and dark-web signals have no Boundstone equivalent. If you need those, you need them.
Does Boundstone do device fingerprinting?
No, and we don't plan to pretend otherwise. We validate phone numbers, email addresses and IPs. Fraud teams needing device-level signals should look at IPQS or SEON.
