Pricing

Every plan gets the whole API. You're only choosing volume.

No feature gates, no "call us" tier, no checkout surprises. A credit is a credit on every plan.

Launch pricing, printed early on purpose — if it changes before launch, the diff will be public.

The questions you'd ask before paying

What happens when I run out of credits?

Requests return an explicit 402 with a plain message. Nothing is silently billed as overage — topping up is always a decision you make, never one we make for you.

Do unused credits roll over?

Paid credits: yes, indefinitely — they never expire. Free credits reset to 250 on the 1st of each month.

Do I need a card for the free tier?

No. Sign in with an email, get 250 credits a month, forever. Identity checks apply above the free tier, not on it.

What exactly counts as one credit?

One lookup of one identifier — single call or bulk row, same price. The table above is the whole tariff; if an operation isn't listed, it doesn't cost credits.

Why is HLR 5 credits when everything else is 1?

A live HLR dip costs us real wholesale money per query (~€0.01); the 1-credit lookups run on licensed data that costs us nearly nothing per call. We price to the cost structure instead of averaging it into everyone's bill.

How do refunds actually work?

Inside your first 30 days, tell us you want out and the money comes back — full stop. After that, cancel self-serve and keep whatever credits you've paid for.
